Brad was born and raised in Arlington, VA. After a successful career in law enforcement in Maryland and Texas, he returned to Northern Virginia to follow in his parents footsteps and began a career in real estate. After many years of delivering quality service to his clients as a Realtor® and Real Estate Broker, Brad recognized a need for a higher level of customer service and involvement in the residential property management market.
As a result of his clients being in Federal Law Enforcement, Foreign Service, military, federal government employees, first time buyers, and corporate relocation clients, Brad discovered that the mobility of the market demanded the need for a professional, responsive, and local property management company. To fill that void, Brad and Ed decided to form Artisan Property Management LLC. To this day, Brad continues to refer to Artisan Property Management LLC as a “boutique” property management company that puts property owners needs first.
